Here is the trick i use to user recruitment.
Discover in my opinion the most effective ways to recruit users at no cost.
Finding is a problem
Finding the right participants matching the specific criteria and characteristics required for the research study is a challenge, and when you do find them, you have to hope that they are motivated or interested in taking part in the interview, which can be time-consuming.
Selection approach
Today, i approach it differently, i don't hunt anymore, I set traps. I use a post by asking a more or less controversial question on my research topic and by targeting the audience I'm looking for. Then I wait for the comments, to start a conversation and ask for an interview.
The Result
I think this method eliminates the two most common problems, namely finding people who match our criteria and who are motivated and interested in our search.
